Located on the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golfing Resort, this newly renovated deluxe 3 bedroom club villa is set within beautifully manicured
tropical gardens commanding breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, lake
and pool.
This exceptional villa is split level in design with the master bedroom and guest bedroom in the main house and the 3rd bedroom is located in a separate 1 bedroom cottage just a stone's throw away from the main house and. The
19th Hole is complete with marble flooring on the upper level, new state of the art Italian style kitchen, open dining area with an extended terrace perfect for outdoor living and dining.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and it's ensuite bathroom is equipped with a separate shower and tub. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom with shower only. The cottage also has two single beds with ensuite shower only. All bedrooms are en suite and fully air-conditioned
with ceiling fans.
The villa is equipped with Cable TV, DVD player, CD Player, Safe, Fax and Telephone. There is also a large communal pool just steps away from the villa.
All guests staying at this villa will receive access to all resort
facilities as well as special golf rates. Golf clubs are available for use at the villa.
Basic complimentary starter packs are also included. During the Low season this is applicable for guests staying for 14 nights or more.
